Course Objectives: | This course aims to evaluate the functional mechanisms of the cells, organs, and systems that make up the human organism and the relationships between these functional processes. |
Course Content: | To provide individuals with the skills of adequate and balanced nutrition, nutrition in special situations, food safety, purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking and choosing healthy food outside the home. |
