Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course aims to evaluate the functional mechanisms of the cells, organs, and systems that make up the human organism and the relationships between these functional processes.
Course Content: To provide individuals with the skills of adequate and balanced nutrition, nutrition in special situations, food safety, purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking and choosing healthy food outside the home.

2) Recognizes the modern techniques and tools necessary for design applications and uses them in solutions.
3) To be able to interpret and evaluate data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field, to be able to identify and analyze problems, to be able to develop solutions based on research and evidence.
4) To be able to carry out an advanced level study related to the field of design independently.
5) To be able to take responsibility individually and as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to the field.
6) Evaluates the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field of design with a critical approach.
7) Identifies learning needs and plans and manages activities to improve the performance of himself/herself and those under his/her responsibility in line with learning objectives.
8) Follows the developments in the field of design and internalizes the concept of lifelong learning.
9) Informs the relevant people and institutions about the issues related to the field by transferring their thoughts and suggestions for solutions to problems in written and verbally.
10) To be able to organize and implement projects, designs and activities for the social environment in which they live with a sense of social responsibility.
